Budweiser Opening Day

MAKE OPENING DAY A NATIONAL HOLIDAY

If you love baseball, you’ve probably skipped work because opening day may as well be a holiday. In 2014, Big Beer campaigned the White House to make it official.

Ozzie Smith pitched the idea and we designed the campaign hub, print and digital collateral. We got 100,000 signatures to earn an official response from the Deputy Press Secretary who reminded us the Red Sox are World Champs, Obama is a White Sox fan and even his lowly Royals still have a chance—all while passing the buck to Congress.

 

We built a campaign hub that showed the number of signatures collectively and by team.
